Service Agreement & Liability Notice

Services provided by Curb Appeal Turf Restoration are governed by our Turf Color Restoration Service Agreement. By requesting, scheduling, or accepting service, the customer acknowledges that the Service Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions governing the services provided, including service limitations, customer responsibilities, payment terms, warranties, limitations of liability, and other applicable provisions.

Turf color restoration is a cosmetic service intended to enhance the appearance of existing grass. Results and longevity may vary based on lawn condition, irrigation practices, mowing frequency, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

Customers are encouraged to review the Service Agreement before scheduling service. A copy will be provided upon request and, when applicable, may be required to be signed prior to the performance of services.
